However, we had trouble contacting Interserver’s customer support, an essential part of any web hosting service that could easily be overlooked until you experience problems with your website. When you’re running a business and your site goes down due to a technical difficulty, you want to know that you can get the help you need to fix it quickly. We advise potential clients to keep this in mind when looking for a hosting service.
Interserver offers live chat and phone support 24/7. Although live support is available to both existing and prospective customers, we found the chat feature difficult to use. We were initially told the estimated wait time would be 34 minutes and then after receiving an initial response, there was a delay before receiving a response to the follow-up question. We tried to contact Interserver by phone several times on two separate days, and each time it was put on hold for six minutes before the call was dropped.
